Services included
- Staff on duty 24 hours a day, observing and providing reminders
- Personal laundry and linen service, once a week
- Full housekeeping, once a week
- All meals and snacks, served in the dining room
- Help with one shower a week
- Help with medication
- Holiday service
- A physician who visits monthly and as needed
- Exercise sessions twice a week

- Window curtains or blinds in the suite, where available
- The common dining room
- Personal laundry, ironing and housekeeping
- Reasonable home security and a calling system
- Reasonable room maintenance
- Recreational and motivational programs and activities
- A nursing assessment and a Resident Nursing Care Plan, completed by a nurse registered with the College of Nurses
- Medication administration and medication ordering
- Help with morning care and one shower a week
- Three meals a day plus two snacks and drinks whenever wanted, seven days a week; extra meals at a nominal charge
- Tray meals served privately, where the Administrator authorizes it
- Special diets for religious or medical reasons, where the Administrator authorizes it
- Fresh seasonal fruit, always available
- Guest meals with advance notice, authorized by the Administrator, at a nominal charge
